Nietzsche himself treated Beyond Good and Evil as speaking to the same concerns as Thus Spake Zarathustra, in a different key. This short volume takes that relationship seriously, reading the two works as siblings rather than ranking one above the other, and asking what a psychological reading finds when they are placed side by side.

It is the third and shortest volume of the Nietzsche set, completing it alongside Thus Spake Zarathustra and Beyond Good and Evil.

The set will be offered in two editions, printed and bound as a matched trio in a dedicated slipcase built to fit the three volumes precisely: a hardcover set, not limited in number, at $450, and a Limited Leather Set, bound in genuine Franz Hoffman calfskin and capped at fifty numbered copies, at $1,250.

In the Limited Leather Set, this volume is bound in black calfskin, with raised ridges across the spine, its lettering stamped in gold foil, and The Thinking Press emblem stamped on both the front and back covers.

Of the fifty Leather Set copies, a handful are reserved outside of general sale, including copies I and L, held for anonymous collectors, and a deposit copy reserved for the Library of Congress.

See the special editions page for the full set, its craftsmanship, and how to pre-order.
